He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Watson Andrews Sr. and Myra Kellogg; his significant other Edith Lavone Andrews; and his siblings, Aline May Ramirez, Annie Brown, Jack Andrews, Charles Andrews, Tom Andrews, Robert Andrews and Virgil Andrews.
He is survived by: his daughter Loretta Carlton (Terry); his sisters, Elizabeth Brown and Emily Roberts; his grandson Michael Andrew Carlton (Monica); and his great grandchild Owen Alexander Carlton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Daniels Memorial Chapel (1126 Ohio Ave N, Live Oak, FL 32064). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
