He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mills and Edith Mills; his wife Myrna Mills; his son Kenny Mills; and his sister Jaunelle Trotta.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Pepper (Mike); and his siblings, Terry Mills (Cathy) and Teena Boswell (Earl). He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
