He is survived by: his mother Mary Mergenthaler of Live Oak, FL; his children, Ethan Register of Lake City, FL, John Michael Green of Live Oak, FL, Laura Register of Lake City, FL and Ashley Ogburn of Live Oak, FL; and his brother Jesse Mergenthaler of Live Oak, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
