He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Vincent Smith Sr. and Marguerite Smith. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Smith; his stepson Jason Gatlin (Kelly); his grandchildren, Holly and Kaylee; and his cousins, William "Alan" Wright (Cas) and Sheri Smith Crane.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shady Grove Baptist Church (5858 River Rd, Live Oak, FL 32060).
