He is survived by: his wife Rosalina Collins; his children, Milton Collins of Miami, FL, Richard Collins of Live Oak, FL and Caroline Collins of Blairsville, GA; and his siblings, Noel Collins, Melving Collins, Steve Collins, Elderie King and Annette Cooks. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
