He is survived by: his wife Alice Baxley of Live Oak, FL; his children, Brannon Baxley (Anita) of O'Brien, FL and Shannon Heller (Gary) of Hunting Beach, CA; his grandson Luke Baxley; and his sister-in-law LaRue of Tallahassee, FL.
