He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leroy Long and Mary Walters Long; and his brother Alan Long. He is survived by: his wife Mary Long; and his children, Casey Phelan (Kelly), Christopher Phelan (Shelia), James Phelan, Rob Long (Erika) and Jennifer Johns (Jeremiah). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; along with several extended family members and dear friends.
