She is survived by: her husband Carroll Welch of Live Oak, FL; her daughter Stacy Boltin of Lake City, FL; and her siblings, Marcus Zipperer of Tifton, GA, Linda Touchton of Tifton, GA and Janet Dowdy of Bainbridge, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
