It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Jackson Lord (Live Oak, Florida), who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Jackson and Louise Lord (Mills); the mother of his children Janice Carter Lord; and his sisters, Nancy Louise Lord and Dr. Dorothy L. Lord.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children, Adrienne Lord Grant (Kevin) and Sidney Jackson Lord, Jr. (Michelle); his brother-in-law Leonard Hogle; his stepsons, Lamar Wheeler (Yvette), Virgil Wheeler and Jeffrey Wheeler; and his grandchildren, Reverend Carter Suzanne Grant, Jarrett Grant, Meredith Lord, Natalie Lord, Samuel Jackson Lord, Audrey Lord, Jacob Lord, Jonah Lord, Erryn Wheeler and Shannon Wheeler.
