He was predeceased by: his father John William "Billy" Summers; his sister Kimberly Summers; and his son John Michael Summers. He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Summers; his sisters, Wanda Warrick of North Carolina, Pam Cochran of North Carolina, Dawn Greene of North Carolina and Holly McRoy of North Carolina; his children, Steven Summers II (Wendy), Jamie Moffitt (Jimmy), Allison Warner (Luke) and Tyler Summers (Kristen); and his grandchildren, Kayli McCathern (Taylor), Eric Summers, Trenna Burkett, Trent Burkett, Dean Moffitt, Addilyn Warner, Liam Summers, Carli Moffitt, Summer Warner, Emmie Summers and Wriley Summers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Daniels Memorial Chapel (1126 Ohio Ave N, Live Oak, FL 32064). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
