He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hayes; his children, Melissa Colvin of Pinetta, FL, Dusty Martinez of Day, FL, Cynthia Horton of Lake City, FL, Matt Hayes of Greenville, FL, Charles Zayes of Mims, FL and Michael Zayes of Live Oak, FL.; and his sisters, Melanie Clark, Christine Rickerson of Live Oak, FL and Joyce McCray. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
