He is survived by: his wife Wendyl Jay; his son William H.'Bill'Bailey, Jr.; his stepsons, Aaron and Matthew Beauregard; his sister Kathy Owens; his grandchildren, Ashton and Willow; and his stepgrandchildren, Peyton, Caleb, Adeline, Liam and Jacob.
