He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Wissing and George Wissing; and his siblings, George A. Wissing and Trudy Wilster. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Sheridan); his brother Gary Wissing; his children, Jennifer McGahren (Peter) and Jason Wissing (Mindy); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Keri-Leigh, Bryce and Shane.
