He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Finnnegan and Florence Finnnegan; and his siblings, Shirely Kappel and Richard Finnegan. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Finnegan; his children, Gregg Finnegan (Angie), Colleen Finnegan (Carlos) and Terence Finnegan; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Sells, Erin Emmi, Nate Brocken, Kristen Finnegan, Zach Finnegan, Alex Finnegan and Emily Finnegan. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Star of the Sea RC Church (4280 Gulf of Mexico Dr, Longboat Key, FL 34228).
