He is survived by: his children, Mallory Burnette and Nathan Burnette; the parent of his children Lindsay Burnette; his mother Carole Burnette; his sister Cristin Knowlton; and his grandmother Martha Heidrich. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
