He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Paul Lewis (Kyle), Pamela Lewis Matia (Walter), Lisa Marie Lewis and Tara Ann Lewis; and his grandchildren, Helen Rose Matia, Charles Wilson Matia and Irene Josephine Lewis.
