He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willoughby Marshall and Doris Perkins; his children, Gene, Brenda, Sonia, Trudy and Carlene (Meg); his grandchildren, Craig Marshall, Christopher Chung, Tiffany Dyer, Christopher Dyer, Nicholas Shirley, Danika Shirley, Rudolphe Germain, Janelle Germain, Shari Walsh and Natasha Walsh; his great grandchildren, Chloe Shirley, Summer Shirley, Devon Staat, Blake Staat and Isabel Chung; and his brother Karl Payne.
