He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lesnick and Mildred Lesnick (Halpern); and his son Jason Joshua Lesnick (J. J.). He is survived by: his wife Kay Lesnick (Kessler); his daughter Dr. Joy Lesnick (Polly Hayes); and his grandson Anthony.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any charitable donations be made to the Orlando Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends.
