He is survived by: his sons, Stewart Michael Steele and William Thomas Steele (Loretta Lynn Steele) of Montverde Fl; his grandchildren, Jesse James Steele (Carmela Steele), Nathan Scott Steele and Sarah Marie Steele (Steven Cardwell); his great grandchildren, Nina Ivana Steele (Jesse), Cameron James Steele (Jesse), Steven Anthony Cardwell and Sophia Marie Cardwell (Sarah); and his siblings, James Steele, Samuel Steele, Carl Steele, Youngea Steele, Jr., Jessie Williamson, Virgie Oshal, Charlotte Lucas, Wanda Watts and Naomi Blankenship.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (335 E State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32750). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Longwood Memorial Gardens (929 N Grant St, Longwood, FL 32750).
