Matthew John Polchinski, 35 of Longwood, FL was born on November 4, 1983 in Hollywood, FL. When his sudden death occurred on April 28, 2019 in Sanford, FL he was happy and enjoying life spending time with family and friends. His favorite hobby was gaming while his career choice was in construction.

He will missed by all of his uncles, aunts, nephews, neices, extended family members and friends.
He was Preceded in death by his grandparents John E. and Mary R. Nylin, James W. O’steen.
