He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Long Duff and Dahl Duff; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Hope Duff; his sons, William Jr. (Nicole) of Maitland, FL and Robert (Terry) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, William III (Miryeoung) of Winter Park, FL, Sydney of Melbourne, FL and Shannon of Columbia, MO; his sister Nancy (Dave); and his great grandchild Sutton of Melbourne, FL.. He is also survived by two nieces and multiple nephews.
