He was predeceased by: his sister Sue Causey. He is survived by: his wife Esther M. Rookstool; his children, Lisa Marie Caprio (John) and Steven Douglas Rookstool; his grandchildren, Danielle Marie Caprio, John Joseph Caprio and Justin Alexander Caprio; his sister Judy St (Gilman); and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
