She was predeceased by: her husband Gilberto Cotto. She is survived by: her sons, Gilbert Cotto Jr. (Brunilda) and Elliot Cotto (Carmen); her brother Eliezer Aponte; and her grandchildren, Elliot G. Cotto, Gilbert E. Cotto, Carla Ford, Stephanie Becker, Raquel Mena and Tenille Lively. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
