It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Robert Snyder (Lutz, Florida), born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernie Snyder and Margaret Snyder; his children, Robert Snyder, Thomas Snyder, Debra Russell, James (Stacey Snyder), Scott (Cathy Snyder) and Fran Snyder; his grandchildren, Ryan Russell, Tessa Snyder, Mitchell Snyder, Brian Snyder and Matthew Snyder; his wife Brenda; and his grandfathers, Oliver, Ryan, Hayden, Daniel, Mackenzie and Fisher.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Jim's memory (http://www.stjude.org).

“In loving memory of our eternal friend, Jim Snyder. We thank God for the wonderful friendship He gave us with Jim and daughter, Debra, on our Viking cruise just three years ago. We loved every minute spent with the two of them on the cruise and then our Tampa, Charleston, and Aiken visits. Most of all, we are thankful for his relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, and, because of that, we know we will see him again in heaven where the word "goodbye" does not exist. Praying for family!”
