He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his sons, James Blades and Jamie Cheviron; and his grandchildren, Colette, Nicki and Ryan. He is also survived by sister, brother, and many nieces and nephews as, well as great nieces and nephews.
