He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Livingston Kay and Jaunita Ora Kay (Ford). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Kay (Kimbrough); his children, Rhoda Kay of Golden, CO and John M. Kay; his daughter-in-law Tammi R. Kay of Clayton, GA; his daughter Anna McClintock (Kay); his son-in-law Matthew McClintock of Cumming, GA; his sister Margaret; his brother-in-law Gene Eflin of Springfield, MO; his brother John B. Kay of Ozark, MO; and his grandson Stephen Lorenz, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
