He is survived by: his wife Nadyne Piowaty Hines; his sons, Jim Jr. (Kristy) and Robert (Debbie); his grandchildren, Logen of Tampa, FL., Lauren of Tampa, FL., Jakob of Tampa, FL., Emily of Tampa, FL., Parker of Tampa, FL., Joshua of Tampa, FL. and Madison of Tampa, FL.; and his close friend Chris Norman.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Jennifer Ann Hines Memorial Scholarship Foundation Charitable Trust.
