He is survived by: his children, Daniel Ballard (Danielle) of Alexandria, David Ballard (Sara) of Austin, Texas, Denise Ballard of Lutz, Dana Ballard of Tampa and Dolly Grays (David) of Land; his siblings, Robert Ballard (Delana) of Rockford, Illinois, Lynn Plesha (Bill) of Goodyear, Lorraine Goethe (Mike) of Rockford and Jessie Dunlea (John) of Machesney Park, Illinois; his grandchildren, Alexander Barfield, Sean Barfield, Khaled Kazbour, Fay Kazbour, Andrew Ballard, Ruby Grays and Jack Ballard; and his great grandchild Rowan Barfield. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
