He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Chelsea, Ariel, Casey and Michael; his grandchildren, Corbin and Gatlin; his mother Betty; his uncle Richard; and his siblings, Pat (Jim), Sallie (Terry), Art (Barbara) and Joe (Dana). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
