He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris Jenkins and Rhoda Jenkins; and his sister Renee Jekins. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Jenkins; his children, Jessica Grady (Josh) and Jason Lopez (Jessyca); his siblings, Glen Jenkins Stephen (Esther) and Annette Spivey (David); and his close friends, Lou Crispiano and Wayne Granda. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren.

“Please accept our sincerest condolences to your family during this difficult time. Rick was truly an amazing man, and a genuinely wonderful human being. We met him through softball, and although our daughter plays college ball now, my husband and Rick continued to stay in touch. He always asked how she was doing, and followed her stats in college. He was an amazing man, and our hearts are absolutely breaking at this news. Praying for you all...Frank Allen and Family”
