He was predeceased by: his brother Danny Clark; his parents, Gloria Clark (Franklin) and Dilbert Clark; and his pets, Judy, Blackie, Daisy and Meg.
He is survived by: his daughter Sara Elisabeth (Clark); his wife Vicki Clark (Palmer); his granddaughter Nora Jeanne Gill; and his sisters, Cheryl Scott of St. Petersburg and Kimberly Pearce of Winter Haven.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay or to a charity of one's choice.
