He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Goldston and Eva Alyne Goldston (Strunk). He is survived by: his wife Jane Goldston (Frye); his children, Bret Goldston (Sherri) and Kara Goldston; his sister Judith Walker (Dan); his granddaughters, Jennifer Goldston, Jeri Thomas (Michael) and Jessica Davis (Robert); his great grandchildren, Conner and Chloe Thomas; and his nephews, Tom Walker (Laura), Joe Walker (Joanna), Bailey, Jackson, Brady and Chase Walker.
As he was a generous giver, eager volunteer and supporter of many charities, the family kindly suggests donations to Tampa Metropolitan Ministries or The Salvation Army, in lieu of flowers.
