He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Garrett and Lillian Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Pat Garrett; his children, Shannon Garrett and Patrick Garrett (Kelli); his grandchildren, Joseph, Brooke and Brent Garrett; and his sister Lecile Garrett Oliver.
