He was predeceased by: his parents, Onley Wilburn Rogers and Hasseltine Hensley Rogers; and his son Thomas Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rogers; and his children, Charles "Sonny" Rogers of Southport, FL, Michael Rogers of Phenix City, AL, Steve Rogers (Lisa) of Panama City Beach, FL and Jeannie Whitworth (Orien) of Lynn Haven, FL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Southerland Family Funeral Home (100 E 19th St, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
