He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Guidas. He is survived by: his wife Julie Guidas; his mother Pearl Guidas; his father-in-law Garry; his father Frank Guidas Jr. (Judy); his siblings, Mike Guidas and Cheri Dauphin (Darrel); his children, Rebekah Butchikas (George II), Dony Guidas and Thomas Guidas (Stacy); and his grandchildren, Kylie, Brooke, Kingsley, George III, Juliet, Ava, Tristen, Anastasia, Autumn and Samuel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a Venmo account (@Julie-Guidas74) has been set up for funds to be distributed to local ministries that were important to Don.
