He is survived by: his wife Ouida Farish Cassino; his son Brian Cassino (Ashley); his stepchildren, Chris Fuller (Nikki) and Kelly Moore (Jason); his grandchildren, Sophie Sowell (Trent), Emma Fox (John), Daniel, Jonathan Cassino, Megan, Lance Fuller, Brandon, Mackenzie and Madelyn Moore; and his sister Sherrie McCaffrey (Pat).
