He is survived by: his mother Annie Smiley of Panama City, FL; his sibling Sirlena Evon Andrews (Bertram Edward) of Panama City, FL; his cousin William Smiley of Panama City, FL; Quintina Lashay Roberts of Panama City, FL, Jimesha LaFaye Roberts of Panama City, FL and Akasia AJ Bailey of Tuscaloosa, AL. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MTD Community Outreach Church (2429 Selma Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hillside Cemetery.
