It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sondra Leigh Groom of Lynn Haven, Florida, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Groom and Raymond Groom; and her sister Ander Groom. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Houston Jordan and Charles Berkley Jordan; her stepmother Judy Beth Groom; her siblings, Ray Groom (Sherry), Trey Helms, Michael Groom, Steve Helms (Carla), Lizzie Mundy (Keith), Scott Helms (Tiffany), Rachel McGrail (Jake) and Blue Groom (Christa); and her friend Kinion Bozeman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
