He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Wilson Flanders and Helen E. Pitts. He is survived by: his wife Scharolette Flanders; his children, Frank Flanders, Vanessa Cluff and Jimmy Flanders; and his sisters, Barbara Conley and Marie Kennedey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great – grandchildren.
