She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacquiline II (Seagel) and Major James S. Clarke II; and her brother James S. Clarke III. She is survived by: her caregiver Cathy; her friends, Mickey and Steve Houston of Glen St; her nephew Paul Thomas Gaye of Richmond, Virginia; and her great-niece Dr. Jill L. Rushing of Raleigh.
