He was predeceased by: his parents, Floy Elizabeth (Estes) and Charles Edward Barber Sr.; his son Thomas "Tommy" Barber; and his sister Mildred Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Cherry Davis Barber; his children, Samuel Barber of Macclenny and Sarah Good (Christopher) of Fleming Island; his daughter-in-law Malissa Barber of Macclenny; his brother Stacey R. Barber of Macclenny; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Caroline, Olivia, Charles, Nicholas and Natalie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cherished lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christian Fellowship Temple (251 W Ohio Ave, Macclenny, FL 32063). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
