Charlotte Evelyn Shumate Wills Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Evelyn Shumate Wills of Macclenny, Florida, who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurley Shumate and Delphia Short; her siblings, Doloris Edwards, Doris Tolliver, Dorothy Lafferty and Daniel Shumate; and her granddaughter Sarah Jean Edenfield.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Chill" Byrant Wills; her children, Debby Carol Carroll (Clay) of Lulu, FL, Ronald Byrant Wills, Jr. (Sandy) of Hernando, MS and Patty Padgett of Macclenny, FL; her siblings, David Shumate (Sandy) of Ravencliff, WV and Daisy Mae Nolley of Lynchburg, VA; her grandchildren, Joshua Kyle Mann (Lorie), Zachary Daniel Wills (Lindsey), Benjamin Paul Wills (Megan), Callie Marie Blachowski (Brian), Timothy Wayne Padgett (Schere) and Crystal Cheyene Wills (Seth); her great grandchildren, Isaac Daniel Mann (Rachel), Kyle Bryant Wills, Shelby Elise Wills, Jasmine Kiliana Mann, Avery Mae Blachowski, Aubrey, Emily, Kaitley Wills, Cyle and Cole Harden; and her great great grandchild Silas Mann. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
