He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Thompson of Macclenny; his children, Michael "Bubba" Thompson of Jacksonville, Robert Thompson (Jessica) of Jasper, Matthew Thompson of Macclenny and Kristin Thompson; his pet Alyssa Stewart (Shawn) of Macclenny; his siblings, Larry Thompson and Lisa Smith (Bill) of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Kyrie, Angeline, Corey, Carter, Waylon, Cyrus and Ayden.
