He was predeceased by : his father Reverend Wilford Lyons; and his brother Joe Lyons. He is survived by : his mother Opal Eveline Davis Lyons of Macclenny, FL; his sons, D. J. Lyons (Nina) of Jacksonville, FL and John Lyons of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Coby Lyons, Alice Lyons, Jillian Thomas, Dylan Lyons and Jonah Lyons. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
