He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Cantrell and Leota Cantrell; his siblings, Joann Robinson (Wes) of Pound, Virginia, Fran Dotson (Alvin) of Pound, Virginia, Brenda Gilliam (Emory) of Pound, Virginia, Carolyn Meade of Pound, Virginia and Lee Roy Cantrell (Jackie) of Harriman, Tennessee; and his granddaughter Sydnei Cantrell.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, Chris Cantrell (Donna) of Rogersville, Kelli Bell (Jason) of Jacksonville, Jason Cantrell (Hannah) of Plant City and Matthew Cantrell (Megan) of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Chad, Austyn (Victoria), Apryl, Calder, Latt and Mollye; his brother David (Billie-Jean); and his brother-in-law Jeff Meade. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Glen Friendship Tabernacle Church (10042 N Clinton Ave, Glen St Mary, FL 32040).
