He was predeceased by: his father Rosier "Butch" T. Spivey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jaime Spivey of Macclenny; his children, Corbin of Macclenny, Shaylee of Wichita and Madison of Macclenny; his mother Gail Spivey of Macclenny; his siblings, Jeffrey Spivey (Tracy) of Macclenny, Vicki Spivey of Jacksonville and Cyndi Ray (Bryan) of Macclenny; and his niece Renee Spivey. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 380 N Lowder St, Macclenny, FL 32063. A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
