He is survived by: his wife Jaime Spivey of Macclenny; his children, Corbin of Macclenny, Shaylee of Wichita and Madison of Macclenny; his mother Gail Spivey of Macclenny; his siblings, Jeffrey Spivey (Tracy) of Macclenny, Vicki Spivey of Jacksonville and Cyndi Ray (Bryan) of Macclenny; and his niece Renee Spivey. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
