He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise (Phelps) and Robert Franklin Champlin; and his wife Rita Kay Champlin. He is survived by: his children, Jason E. Fountaine of Macclenny and Melissa Kay Fountaine of Lake Butler; his sisters, Kim Champlin and Cathy Champlin; his grandsons, Jason Tylor Holland (Andrea) and Michael Everett Snow; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Garrison.
