She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Isabel (Banford) and Dallas Delbert Thomas; her husband Daniel O. Hart; her siblings, Don Thomas, Billie Cooke and Thelma Hamilton; her daughter Donna Rades; her daughter-in-law Beth Hart; and her grandson Kodi Hanna.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel C. Hart of Griffin, Georgia, Cheryl Hart of Starke, Paul "James" Hart (Devin Lyons) of Ravenel, Christina Hart of Macclenny and Lisa Hanna of Middleburg; her grandchildren, Nicholas Oliver, Pamela Moore, Ashley Hart, Dylan Hanna and Frank Hanna IV; and her great grandchildren, Zavian Oliver, Tripp Oliver, Joshua Moore, Mia Oliver, Reid Oliver and Kodi Hanna. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel (380 N Lowder St, Macclenny, FL 32063). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
