She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Padgett (Kathy) of Murfreesboro, Adrian Mayerlen of Maxville, Mark Mayerlen of Maxville, Teresa Mixson (Jason) of Jacksonville, Kristy Godwin of Maxville, Amanda Johns (Denny) of Middleburg and Mariah Mayerlen of Maxville; her siblings, Franklin "Frankie" J. Capps (Jeannie) of Jacksonville and Renae Capps (Donnie) of Ellenboro; her grandchildren, Naudia Hylton (Davar), Ethan Lee (Mariah), Nyia Mixson, Hailey Padgett, Madison Lee and Brayson Lee; and her great grandchildren, Davina Hylton, Keino Hylton and Alani James.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel (380 N Lowder St, Macclenny, FL 32063). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
