He is survived by : his father Thomas Raymond Mizell, Sr. (Lois) of St. George, GA; his close friend Bridget Lynn Starling; his wife Bridget Lynn Mizell of Macclenny, FL; his children, Thomas Shayne Mizell (Jessica) of Lake Butler, FL, Stacy Rhoden of Macclenny, FL, Chris Combs of Jacksonville, FL, Jennifer Rhoden of Savannah, GA, Chase Combs and Amy Lewis (Chad) of Orange Park, FL; his sister Judy Denton (George) of St. George, GA; and his grandchildren, Gracie Rhoden, Elizabeth Rhoden, Chloe Rhoden, Tommy Ray Mizell, Kinsley Combs, Seth Combs and Trenton Thompson. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
